Karolina is a Gestalt and Gottman couples psychotherapist with a background in psychology and 25 years of experience in the field of mental health. Karolina completed her Gestalt psychotherapy training at The Relational Institute Australia (TRIA) in Sydney in 2017. She completed Level 3 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Relational Gestalt Supervision training endorsed by Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA). Since 2023, Karolina has been a faculty member at Gestalt Therapy Australia, and she currently holds an Honorary position (previously a Senior Research Fellow) at the Center for Mental Health and Community Wellbeing at the University of Melbourne. Karolina works with clients in private practice, and her work is based on respectful exploration of client’s experience in the here and now. Her interest in Gestalt psychotherapy and Gottman couples work reflects her passion for a deeper understanding of well-being and satisfactory interpersonal relationships.
