About Gina
Gina is a Gestalt psychotherapist who believes in people’s capacity for growth and healing through supportive relationships and genuine human connection. Her work is grounded in the relational and experiential traditions of Gestalt therapy, helping clients develop greater awareness of their thoughts, feelings, bodily experience, and relationships. She views symptoms, struggles, and periods of feeling stuck as meaningful opportunities for understanding and growth. With curiosity and care, she supports clients to explore new ways of relating to themselves and others. Alongside her private practice, Gina teaches Gestalt therapy and has particular interests in trauma, chronic pain and illness, parts work, and embodied experience. She is especially interested in the wisdom of body-based symptoms and their role in supporting healing, integration, and greater vitality.
