Jen is a Gestalt Psychotherapist who completed her training 20 years ago and has since integrated somatic oriented therapy, Hakomi, eco psychotherapy and mindfulness-based approaches (MBSR, MBRP) into her work. Jen's has had over 30+ year career as a leader in the not-for-profit AOD sector and her experience has specialised in substance use and mental health, trauma, worker wellbeing and leadership coaching. They are currently exploring indigenous approaches to psychedelic assisted therapy and de-colonised ways in the therapeutic approach.
