
About Sally
Sally is a Gestalt psychotherapist, supervisor, and training facilitator with over twenty years’ experience working across community, specialist, and workplace settings. Grounded in the principles of Relational Gestalt Therapy, and with a deep commitment to dialogue, Sally brings a supportive, thoughtful, and ethical presence to therapy, supervision, and leading multidisciplinary teams. Sally has held senior leadership roles in wellbeing at Victoria Police and the University of Melbourne, and has taught extensively in the vocational education sector. A GTA faculty member since 2019, Sally is passionate about experiential learning and has led national training initiatives through roles at beyondblue and international consultancy work in Qatar. As a trainer and supervisor, Sally is committed to supporting developing therapists to refine their own relational style, deepen self-awareness, and cultivate reflective, responsive, and ethical clinical practice.
