Sherridan is a Gestalt therapist, EMDR therapist and clinical counsellor in private practice working with Couples and Individuals. She draws on multiple modalities such as Empty Chair, Parts work, grounding, body and breath awareness and relaxing techniques, visualisation and retrieval exercises, all tailored uniquely for you in a collaborative process of listening and exploring reoccurring concerning themes.
